The Tesla Find Us map lists a “Coming Soon” Supercharger Station in Daytona Beach opening this year. I was able to locate the permit application and plans from public records.
This will be a 12-terminal Version 3 Supercharger Station located at the Target Department Store located at 2380 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114. It is about a mile off exit 9 of I-95 and only seven miles from the Port Orange Supercharger. Being nearby should help elevate the frequent congestion that occurs at Port Orange.
Here is the vicinity map:

Below, is the exact location of the Supercharger Station in the Target parking lot.

The above two images are of the Supercharger site plan and construction notes. They show that there will be 11 back-in Supercharger terminals and one pull-in Supercharger terminal. They also show that Tesla will be installing two ChargePoint Dual Port Level 2 chargers which will include for more parking stalls in addition to the 12 for the Superchargers.
The permit application was submitted on June 23, 2020, and issued on July 14, 2020, so construction may have started.
Update as of August 28, 2020.
On August 28, 2020 it was reported that construction started.
Update as of October 13, 2020.
Here's a recent YouTube video of the current construction by Mark Dickenson. Mark counts 16 stalls, but four of them are for the level 2 ChargePoint chargers that are being installed.

From the previous video all of the 12 charging posts have been installed. In this photo technicians are working on one of the three version 3 Supercharger cabinets.
If you live or work in the area, please take some high-resolution photos of the construction progress and email them to me.
