Tesla Owners Florida invites you to mark the 250th anniversary of the United States with a special community gathering at Fort De Soto Park. This event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow enthusiasts while enjoying a sunset celebration on the coast.

Come join Tesla Owners Florida (TOFL) Members at Fort de Soto Park, Tierra Verde, FL (Pinellas County)

• 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Arrival & Power-Up
  Check in at Pavilion 12. Unload your potluck contributions and claim your spot. Tesla owners participating in the lightshow should begin staged parking as directed by the Tesla Bay TV crew.

• 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM | Beach Vibes & Social Hour
  Connect with the TOFL community. Enjoy beach games, explore the East Beach shoreline, or talk shop with fellow enthusiasts.

• 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM | America 250 Potluck Feast
  Dinner is served! Enjoy a community meal featuring dishes shared by the club. Reminder: This is a BYOD event.

• 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM | Golden Hour & Final Prep
  Wind down as the sun sets over the Gulf. Final lightshow calibration and vehicle positioning for the evening's "Patriotic Finale."

• 8:15 PM – 9:00 PM | Tesla Bay TV Lightshow Premiere
  Gather around for the main event: a custom-coded Tesla Lightshow celebrating 250 years of America. Multiple unique sequences will conclude our celebration.

• 9:00 PM | Sunset Discharge
  As the sun sets and the show wraps, we’ll discharge for the evening! Safe travels home; for those staying, follow the trail back to the campground to plug in for the night.

⛺ Overnight Stay: Fort De Soto Campground

Stay where you play! The campground offers everything you need to recharge both yourself and your Tesla.

• Charging: All 236 sites feature Full 30/50 Amp Electric Hookups, perfect for Tesla charging.
• Rates & Booking: $45–$54 per night + tax. Reservations can be made at explore.pinellas.gov up to 6 months in advance.
• Hours: Check-in is at 1:00 PM; Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Rules to Note: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. No gas generators are permitted. Propane is allowed for cooking (check for active burn bans).

Important Reminders

• Park Entry: $6 fee per vehicle (payable via Flowbird app or kiosks).
• Potluck: Please bring a dish, snack, or dessert to share.
• Logistics: Follow signs for East Beach to find Pavilion 12.
• RSVP: Ensure you’ve registered on the TOFL website to help with food and parking coordination.
